Hannah joined us in early 2022 and has quickly become one of our most popular trainers.  She is super organised and will be heading our inter site rounders tournament.  A highly competitive event!  Hannah specialises in transformations, but also has the care and attention to detail for medical requirements.

Hannah has a passion for all things health and wellbeing! She truly believes that weight training can have a positive impacts in both someone’s physical and mental health. Hannah’s goal is to get you feeling good in your own skin and have training as a fun part of your life so you can stay consistent and see great results.

Hannah joined the Better Body Group after working at a SEN School within the Sports department. Hannah spent her time there training alongside qualified teachers and working with young adults with special educational needs. Hannah was introduced to the PE department due to her knowledge and adaptable nature when dealing with young adults with Autism and ADHD. She now focuses on passing this knowledge and experience on to others to help with everyday activities, gain strength, confidence and overall feel a stronger and fitter version of themselves.

Hannah has a long history of sport involvement, including competitive netball, rounders and rugby. Aside from weight/strength training, Hannah has a very strong competitive nature and will always strive to get her clients the best results possible. Whilst working within the SEN School, Hannah took on the role of Mental Health Champion in which the students could come and talk to her about things that may be bothering them and this is very important in Hannah’s view on training. Hannah believes mental health and physical health go hand in hand and can both benefit the other.
