This not only gives you an opportunity to try out the gym for free, but also lets you get to know us and vice versa.

Once we’ve matched you to your ideal trainer and you’re all booked in at a time that suits you, here’s what you can expect from your first session here at Blackheath.

  • Assessment relevant to you goals
  • Nutritional consultation – Your nutritional plan should be tailored to you, taking into consideration your likes and dislikes, daily work schedule and family and social life
  • Action plan – 4-6 weeks of personalised training sessions mapped out for you
