250g 0% greek yoghurt
120g self raising flour
Tomato puree
Low fat mozzarella
Toppings of your choice

Blend the greek yoghurt and flour together until it turns to a sticky firm dough. Roll it out into a nice pizza shape and place on top of a pizza stone or pizza dish/baking tray.

(trust me the odd combo of flour and greek yoghurt works great!)

Spread the tomatoe puree and mozzarella evenly, then additionally add any other toppings you may like (e.g. pepperoni, olives, peppers etc)

Set the over to 220 deg and cook for 10-12 mins (or until nice and crispy).
